UL flame test methods
VW-1
Conditions:
Flame applied for 15 sec. five times.
Requirements:
1.Specimen must not burn longer than 60 sec. after each spplication.
2.Kraft paper flag must not burn.
3.Cotton must not ignite.
OFN/OFC(equivalent to JIS C 3521)
Conditions:Flame temperature of at least 815°C.
Flame applied for 20 min.
Requirements:Max.combustion length:1800mm.
OFNR/OFCR
Conditions:Flame applied for 30 min.
Requirements:Max.flame propagation height:3.66m.
Max.2nd floor room temperature:454.4°C
